Before you go any further, let Bored by Board help you by providing a move out consultation. Our consultation is typically 1 hour and our prices are no secret. We charge a flat rate of $225.00 and its the best money you will ever spend on getting your home market ready. Our professional team will provide step by step advice on what needs to be done to get the best dollar for your home. Placement of furniture, orgranization, choosing paint colors to better accent the home, and more. Following the consultation you will be given a list of these items so you have total control on what rooms you need to better focus on. It's that simple.
